Tesis Broker Manager
By subscribing to the Tesis Broker Manager software, the Provider commits to providing the following services (hereinafter, the “Services”).
1.1 Availability. The Provider undertakes to maintain the necessary infrastructure to guarantee the ERP’s availability at no less than 99%.
1.2 Functionality. The Provider commits to keeping the forms of the different insurance products updated, as well as adapting connectivity services with insurance entities to ensure proper functioning and full utilization of the features offered by the entities through their web services. 1.3 Parameterization. The Provider commits to displaying, through self-manageable configuration screens for the Subscriber, all parameters considered dynamic in the application’s behavior, including, among others, logos, credentials, connection configuration parameters with entities, email addresses, default values for different products of each entity, and more.
1.4 Other Features:
– Extensive connectivity via SITEC.
– Prepared for the new EIAC standard.
– Import/export of parameterizable data from external sources.
– Comprehensive dashboard system.
– Powerful reporting system.
– Communication system based on customizable templates.
– Scheduled task manager.
– Business rules definition from the user interface.
– Integrated document management.
– Comprehensive user control.
1.5 Configured Keys. Only insurance keys of the account-holding Subscriber may be configured; no others are permitted without the Provider’s authorization.
1.6 Users. The Subscriber may only use their own user codes and manage their profiles within the limits established by the ERP license.
1.7 Subscriber Support. The Provider commits to maintaining a subscriber support service to receive and resolve detected incidents.
1.8 Initial Training: During the first month from contract signing, the Provider will offer basic online training via the Academy platform, plus one specific 1-hour training per brokerage. Any additional training requested after 30 days from signing may incur additional costs.

Subscriber support will be provided via the self-service portal and/or email, using the phone numbers and email addresses communicated to the Subscriber.
Service hours:
– Winter schedule (September to June): Monday to Thursday (non-holidays), 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday (non-holidays), 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
– Summer schedule (July and August): Monday to Friday (non-holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Edit access ONLY to their portfolio in fields and modules authorized by the brokerage administrator.
6. TBM Collaborator User – View (from €4.95/month per user)
Collaborator user (Tesis Broker Manager only).
View access ONLY to their portfolio in fields and modules authorized by the brokerage administrator.
7. Non-Login Collaborator User (from €0/month per user)
Non-login user (no access).
ONLY for assigning projects or issuances.
8. SMS Credits Add-on (from €75)
Allows clients to send SMS from the TBM application for both informational notifications and commercial actions.
9. Mobile App iOS/Android Add-on (from €90/month)
Mobile implementation of the TBM web app for clients, designed for mobile devices to facilitate client management and enhance client loyalty.
10. Technical Tasks (Custom Quote)
Hourly intervention for configuration, Migrations, setup, or other technical tasks performed by customer service or development, for special configurations, tasks not included in the initial service, or recurring delegated tasks by the Subscriber.
