General Terms and Conditions of Service<\/h1>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

1. Services Provided by the Provider<\/h2>\r\n

By subscribing to the Tesis Broker Manager software, the Provider commits to providing the following services (hereinafter, the \u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>\r\n

1.1 Availability.<\/strong> The Provider undertakes to maintain the necessary infrastructure to guarantee the ERP\u2019s availability at no less than 99%.<\/p>\r\n

1.2 Functionality.<\/strong> The Provider commits to keeping the forms of the different insurance products updated, as well as adapting connectivity services with insurance entities to ensure proper functioning and full utilization of the features offered by the entities through their web services. 1.3 Parameterization.<\/strong> The Provider commits to displaying, through self-manageable configuration screens for the Subscriber, all parameters considered dynamic in the application\u2019s behavior, including, among others, logos, credentials, connection configuration parameters with entities, email addresses, default values for different products of each entity, and more.<\/p>\r\n

1.4 Other Features:<\/strong>\r\n – Extensive connectivity via SITEC.\r\n – Prepared for the new EIAC standard.\r\n – Import\/export of parameterizable data from external sources.\r\n – Comprehensive dashboard system.\r\n – Powerful reporting system.\r\n – Communication system based on customizable templates.\r\n – Scheduled task manager.\r\n – Business rules definition from the user interface.\r\n – Integrated document management.\r\n – Comprehensive user control.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

1.5 Configured Keys.<\/strong> Only insurance keys of the account-holding Subscriber may be configured; no others are permitted without the Provider\u2019s authorization.<\/p>\r\n

1.6 Users.<\/strong> The Subscriber may only use their own user codes and manage their profiles within the limits established by the ERP license.<\/p>\r\n

1.7 Subscriber Support.<\/strong> The Provider commits to maintaining a subscriber support service to receive and resolve detected incidents.<\/p>\r\n

1.8 Initial Training:<\/strong> During the first month from contract signing, the Provider will offer basic online training via the Academy platform, plus one specific 1-hour training per brokerage. Any additional training requested after 30 days from signing may incur additional costs.<\/p>\r\n

1.9 Data Migration:<\/strong> Detailed here Migrations<\/a>, indicating available ERPs and all related migration information.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Subscriber support will be provided via the self-service portal and\/or email, using the phone numbers and email addresses communicated to the Subscriber.<\/p>\r\n
